服务内容The service

VisitCube AI 是一个 Chrome 侧边栏工具。它围绕你门店在 Google 商家档案、Google 地图与 Instagram 上的公开信息及授权数据，生成经营分析与内容草稿，帮助你把线上资料与内容做扎实。VisitCube AI is a Chrome side-panel tool. It works from your business's public information and authorised data on Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Instagram to produce analyses and content drafts, helping you keep your online presence accurate and complete.

产出是草稿Output is a draft

• 回复、帖文、简介等一切生成内容均为草稿。是否发布、以何种形式发布，由你决定。Every reply, post and description we generate is a draft. Whether and how to publish it is your decision.
• 涉及写回平台的操作（发布帖子、回复评价、更新营业时间），一律需要你在界面上明确确认后才执行。Any action that writes back to a platform — publishing a post, replying to a review, updating hours — is executed only after you explicitly confirm it in the interface.
• AI 生成的分析可能有错漏。定价、菜单、人事等经营决策请自行核实判断，本服务不替你决定。AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Verify before acting on pricing, menu, staffing or other business decisions; this service does not make them for you.

你的义务Your responsibilities

• 仅对你本人拥有或有权管理的门店使用本服务，并对所授权账号的使用负责。Use the service only for businesses you own or are authorised to manage, and take responsibility for use of the accounts you connect.
• 不得利用本服务发布违法、侵权、虚假或误导消费者的内容。Do not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, false or misleading content.
• 遵守你所连接平台各自的条款（Google 商家档案、Instagram 等）。Comply with the terms of each platform you connect (Google Business Profile, Instagram and others).

费用Fees

安装与基础功能免费。如推出付费功能，价格与计费方式以产品内公示为准，开通前会明确告知。Installation and basic features are free. If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing will be shown in the product and made clear before you opt in.

服务变更与中止Changes and suspension

我们可能调整、暂停或终止部分功能，尤其当所依赖的第三方平台接口发生变化时。重大变更会提前在产品内告知。We may change, suspend or discontinue features, particularly when the third-party platform APIs we rely on change. Material changes will be announced in the product in advance.

责任限制Limitation of liability

服务按「现状」提供，不承诺不中断、无错误。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对使用本服务产生的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。The service is provided \u201cas is\u201d, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
