我们收集什么What we collect
只收集为你门店生成分析与草稿所必需的数据。未连接的平台不会产生任何数据收集。We collect only what is required to generate analyses and drafts for your own business. Platforms you have not connected produce no data collection at all.

我们怎么用 Google 用户数据How we use Google user data
VisitCube AI 对 Google API 所获数据的使用与转移，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的「有限使用」要求。具体而言：VisitCube AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
有限使用（Limited Use）Limited Use
- 数据仅用于产品界面中明确呈现给你的功能——资料体检、内容草拟、评价回复草稿。Data is used only to provide user-facing features that are prominent in the product interface: profile checks, content drafting, review reply drafts.
- 不向任何第三方转移数据，法律要求、安全调查或业务并购等法定例外除外。Data is not transferred to any third party, except as required by law, for security investigations, or in a merger or acquisition.
- 不允许人工读取你的数据，除非你就具体内容明确同意、或为安全与法律所必需。Humans do not read your data unless you give affirmative consent for specific content, or it is necessary for security or to comply with law.
- 绝不用于广告投放、售卖给数据经纪商，或用于信用评估。Never used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used for credit decisions.
AI 处理AI processing
- 分析与草稿由大语言模型生成。发送给模型的内容，仅限完成当次任务所必需的部分。Analyses and drafts are generated by large language models. Only the content required for that specific task is sent to the model.
- 我们不使用你的门店数据训练模型。We do not use your business data to train models.
- AI 输出可能有错漏。涉及经营决策请自行核实——工具只提示信号，不替你决定。AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Verify before acting on anything that affects your business decisions; the tool surfaces signals, it does not decide for you.
存储、保留与删除Storage, retention and deletion
- 授权凭证加密存储于服务端，仅用于代表你调用对应平台的接口。Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and used only to call the corresponding platform APIs on your behalf.
- 你可随时撤销授权：Google 在账号权限页，Instagram 在账号设置中。撤销后我们即停止调用相应接口。You can revoke access at any time: Google via your account permissions page, Instagram in its account settings. We stop calling the corresponding APIs immediately.
- 要求删除全部数据：来信即可，我们在 30 日内删除，包括授权凭证、门店档案与历史记录。To request deletion of all your data, email us. We delete it within 30 days, including access tokens, business profiles and history.
政策变更Changes to this policy
政策更新会在本页公示并更新页首日期。涉及数据用途的实质性变更，我们会在产品内提示。Updates are published on this page with a revised date. Material changes to how data is used will be surfaced in the product.
